Welcome to the Christian Web site of the Plantings.

The Plantings retreat center is located on eighty-one acres of beautiful wooded hills in Northern Kentucky. Our 5,024 square foot air conditioned, carpeted home/retreat building has dining facilities for up to 40 people, meeting space for the same number and we can accommodate as many as 30 overnight guests in six guest rooms. We also have a recreation room with Ping-Pong and pool tables. Outdoors we enjoy many species of birds and wild flowers in season. The woods and hills are especially beautiful in the Spring and Fall but each season brings it's own special joy. Walking trails, a fishing lake, and our low ropes course make sure there is something for everyone included in our outside facilities.

The purpose of the Plantings Retreat Center is:

  • To help churches in serving their congregations and their communities
  • To strengthen Families
  • To encourage those in ministry to others
  • To help others in their struggles to grow in their walk with Jesus
  • To pray with and for those in need
  • To reach out to those who are lost
  • To share the joy of the Lord with all
